Service details, project timelines, and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of each project.
3. Payments and Deposits
All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or another approved method.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of services.
4. Project Timelines
We aim to deliver all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to late content delivery, technical issues, or client changes. Level Up Lab is not liable for delays outside our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and materials in a timely manner to ensure smooth project completion.
We are not responsible for delays or missed deadlines caused by incomplete or late submissions.
6. Revisions and Changes
We allow reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
7. Website Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and content transfers to the client.
Level Up Lab reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Maintenance and Support
For clients on a maintenance plan, we will provide ongoing updates, backups, and security checks as agreed.
Cancellation of maintenance services must be made in writing with at least 14 days’ notice.
9. Liability
While we take every measure to ensure your website’s functionality and security, Level Up Lab is not liable for:
Losses caused by hacking, server downtime, or third-party services
Errors resulting from client changes made after completion
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from website use
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds for partial work are at our discretion and will depend on the amount of work completed.
11. Privacy
Your personal and business information will be handled securely and used only for communication and service purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
